CPM party leader Mr.Sita Ram Yachuri has blamed the policy of privatization for Bomb blast in Hyderabad. In the name of reformation, he says the government is leaving all things including security matters in the hands of private person. I also agree that the tasks related to security, defense of the country, manufacturing of arms and ammunisitons, and all other sensitive issues must not be given to private agencies. Such risky ventures should be solely under the control of the government and under multiple system of monitoring.But one valid relevant question in the regard comes to my mind is that whether government officials, army persons and several agencies who are at the helm of security managements and risk oriented works are performing their tasks honestly and to the satisfaction of Mr. Yachuri or his party CPM?Is their integrity beyond doubt? Are they not leaking out even defense secrets to foreign agents? Is it not true that some of them are working in collusion with terror groups or anti-national elements?Without the support of internal government employees none of the terror group will be able to perform their dirty tasks.Otherwise wherefrom and how do they get arms, ammunitions, raw materials to produce bombs, money to manage such a large network of terrorism in our country?It is undoubtedly with the support of our own persons including even MLA's, MP’s and Ministers, that the terror groups conduct bomb blast and fly away.Even after the occurrence of blasts, the security forces, intelligence agencies and all relevant investigating agencies fail to catch hold of the culprit. Even if they somehow or other arrest him they fail to frame charge sheet in successful manner.If case is framed, courts fail to penalize them for decades.If one is jailed, he is released under the pressure of person within the government.The pressure of Muslim lobby from the outside the country as also from within the country is so heavy that our forces are afraid of even executing arrest warrants. Jail officers are not equipped with adequate powers and equipments to stop their dirty and unpermitted activities within the jail itself.Our ministers are not having enough will power to decide the case of Afzal Guru.It is our person who released the hard core culprit, took him on plane and finally our minister accompanied him to drop at Kandhar. What message is conveyed by our such actions in the camp of terrorists can very well be imagined even by layman. To add fuel to fire all so-called secular parties including CPM are engaged in appeasement of Muslims. To keep BJP away from the Government they are killing the spirit of Nationalism and befooling the illiterate mass of the country by their stinking logics.Government officials, police departments, armed forces, intelligence agencies, investigating agencies, all are afraid of moving against Muslims (even Dalits are added now a days along with SC/ST).In such dirty atmosphere if private securities agencies commit mistake or some of their personnel become victim of motivational efforts of terrorists, it should not appear to by very much surprising to CPM and it leader like Sita Ram Yachuri. If Mr Yachuri is telling seriously and he really expresses his party point of view on the role of Private security agencies, then he must clarify whether private security agencies are not working in West Bengal or Kerala where CPM is in power.Besides, CPM is also indirectly part and parcel of the central government run by UPA. Have they anytime in the past put such proposal before the UPA government to avoid engaging private agencies in work related to security?Left Parties may make hue ad cry over Nuclear Deal with USA and why not on domestic security systems and mechanism prevailing in our country which are primarily responsible for our failure in stopping the terror attacks in our country.Why not some innovative and preemptive measures are taken to stop terror attacks occurring frequently?Have they even taken stock of investigations conducted after an incident and whether they tried to ensure that the culprits are really put in jail in the shortest period?Why do they become silent when some Muslims caught and found to be the real culprit are acquitted under pressure from some Muslim leaders or some foreign /underworld Dons?Why do they always attach the vote banks with all subject related to Muslims?Why USA and UK have succeeded in the task to fight terrorism and to stop terror attacks in their country should be pondered over by Mr. Yachuri and his henchmen.Left Parties are very much expert in making comments against all other parties, all other governments. But why do they fail to execute their own agenda in the states where they themselves are in power?Mr. Yachuri should please note that only by destructive activities and dual policies he cannot befool the educated mass of the country.The image of left parties among the conscious educated mass is not at all good. Victory of Leftists in west Bengal should not make them proud especially in the prevailing system of democracy in our country.

Survival of flatter or the fittest

Only a few days ago Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Bokaro had touched the feet of Mr. Sibu Soren to greet him in his office before camera in Jharkhand. On 30th of this month Superintendent of Police (SP) Of Bokaro Ms Priya Dubey not only touched his feet WHILE WELCOMING Mr. Sibu Soren in Bokaro but also opened and closed the door of the car carrying Mr. Soren. This is the news item published in the newspaper like The Telegraph on 31st August 07.Is it desirable that a high rank officer like DC or SP give more importance to greasing the palms and feet of MLA/MP or Ministers, or higher post bosses or non-entity like Mr. Sibu Soren instead of showing performance in the real field? Not at all.But this is not new in the offices / administration. All officers take credit in pleasing his boss or Minister by hook or crook at the cost of quality of work and as also standard of service to general mass. More clearly such condemnable practice prevails in the entire bureaucracy to perpetrate the chain of earning bribe and sharing with one’s higher bosses. Right from bottom to Top officers and ministers all are indulged in the same unfair conduct and in return accumulating wealth by unfair means.Who will bell the cat?Right person, honest workers and one who cares for the general mass and dares to go against the dirty games of the boss is never treated fit for creamy post. Such man are either shunted in remote or dry places or victimized and made scapegoat for the sins committed by top officials and Ministers. As a result work culture gets diluted and Yesmanism (or Chamchagiri in Common man’s terminology) get empowered in the administrative system in all the departments, government offices, public sector banks and insurance companies and all. Flattery has become usual and accepted method to greet his boss sacrificing all ideals, ethics, code of conduct, decency and decorum and finally all principles of dignified living.Mr. R.R. Mullick, The DIG of the police said that members of All India services should be aware of the code of conduct taught in the foundation course of the training for the IPS. It is not new that DC or SP of Bokaro succumbed to pressure of higher rank or VIP politicians of the area, it is very common and 90 percent of the person are doing the same and repeating the same in day to day life without any sense of dignity of their post.That is why even police officers in general are snot surprised with the conduct of Ms Dubey because they know very well that flattery is very much usual phenomenon in all offices .It is true that some are exposed and most of the flatters are passed off as unnoticed. For survival in the age of liberalization and privatization one officer has to engage himself in cheap method of gaining good wishes of his bosses for survival as also for becoming rich and having prestigious reckoning in the society. Officers not only touch the feet of the politicians but crawl at before him.As a matter of fact this dirty culture prevailing has been persisting in all offices and it is the root cause of all inefficiecies, non- performance, occurrence of financial fraud, indiscipline and more emphatically the mass annoyance.Who will cure the system? Who may penalize the real culprit when from top to bottom are thieves and dacoits. One after other committees is constituted for reformation in administration. Reports are submitted and stored in the almirah.Who cares for the report or even public displeasure or public revolt?Party leaders promise in their political rally so many things but forget all when they are elected and assigned a cream post. After all we are in democratic system and hence these elected representatives become God for all service class people in government offices .It is their office wherefrom the dirty water emanates. Flattery starts from their offices and percolates down the level unto bottom. That is why I never blame civil servants for their so-called non performance or for prevailing corruption in the system like cancer; I squarely put all blames on the shoulders of Ministers and politicians who are the real originator and promoters of unfair practices and uncivilized culture.We need the person T.N.Sheshan or any hard core honest, strong willed and fully empowered person (like Anil Kumar in film Khalnayak) who can cure and properly diagnose the ailing bureaucracy as well as greedy politicians. We had very many expectations from the present Prime Minster Mr. Manmohan Singh in this field of malpractices. Unfortunately he also failed to do any significant job in this direction to minimize the devastating effects of such unhealthy practices. Let us not be pessimistic. Sooner or late some revolutionary leader like Gandhi will take rebirth to cure and improve our health.

Fear of BJP

Congress appears to have taken tough but desirable step against the frequent protests by Left parties on the proposed nuclear deal. Ms Sonia Gandhi has firmly appreciated the success achieved by Mr. Manmohan Singh PM and the ruling coalition UPA and exhibited the unity of the Congress Party to Leftists as regards operationalisation of Nuclear Accord .Left party have now only one option left is to withdraw the support from UPA because they have categorically threatened them and warned them not to operationalise the Nuclear Deal. Only at the cost of image some face saving formula may be given by Jyoti Basu who is a little bit in changed mood now when he is in the eleventh hour of his life.Congress party in case of withdrawal of support from leftists will gain moral support from the public because the issue concerned is nuclear power and enhancement of power energy.On the contrary Left party will loose public sympathy because public has now understood their dual edged policies. People know very well that left parties are opposed to nuclear accord not because it is against national interest. In fact Left party leaders now want to please Muslim voters and hence are playing the same flute of anti-Americanism which Muslims all over the world are playing. They in this way even please their Chinese counterpart because China is also interested to stall the success of Indian Nuclear Deal with USA. China is in fact a natural ally of Pakistan and hence cannot digest the empowerment of India. I rightly praised Sonia Gandhi that she even being of Foreign Origin thinks and acts for the benefit of the Nation and to safeguard National interest. It is unfortunate that persons of Indian origin are dancing in tune with Chinese.Root cause of all controversies is Vote politics. It may be Ayodhya issue, Uniform civil issue or the issue of quota/reservation for SC/ST/OBC or the issue of Muslim upliftment the real concern of political leaders is to enrich their vote bank.. Political parties seldom do real work and hence they have to depend on cheap gimmicks.Even border issues and matter of National defense or security of the country is at stake only because the public representatives sitting in the Parliament are least concerned on such issues. They hardly show any willingness to discuss such issues in the Parliament. Their entire game plane is based on the fate of their party in the election. Even BJP who firmly believes in enhancement of Indian capabilities on war front in view of persisting threat from Pakistan think it better not to support Congress on the issue of nuclear deal. They are also inclined to strike the iron while it is hot. Under such circumstances it will not surprising if the present government collapses.This government in fact could have fallen a few days ago but the fact is that political parties in general are searching in their own style an opportunity to declare fall of the government and need of fresh mendate.Simultaneiously they are preparing background for election. Formation of Committee was simply to buy time on Nuclear Deal. Sooner of later public has to face the brunt of election once again. In the political circus it is none other than public who has to suffer, either physically or financially or mentally, their political leaders, whatever their colour may be enjoy and enjoy only. Both ways, election or not election leaders are to raise fund for them and for their party.Yours faithfully

Nuclear deal is more important

Our Government headed By Mr. Manmohan Singh is bent upon implementing their agenda of reservation / quota. They want to avoid Joint Parliamentary Committee for the issue related to Nuclear Deal and that is why to divert the minds of opposition parties. They are trying to bring into focus the debate of Sachhar Committee report to avoid debate on Nuclear Deal.
It is also known to all that it is Bhartiya Janta Party which was pressurizing debate on Sachar Report and hence there is no question of them running away from the issue.
It is a question of time only. It is a question of importance and preferability of the one issue compared to the other.
Everyone who has a little idea of Nuclear Deal knows well that the Nuclear Deal Accord is more sensitive issue and under the present circumstances the government cannot avoid its operationalisation whereas debate on Sachar report is such which can be postponed for the time being without any loss to the country.

After all implementation of Sachar Report is fully related to domestic issues .As regards nuclear deal , we have to start discussion as per timeframe on the matter with IAEA and NSG and complete it as per schedule so that we may achieve success within the regime of BUSH, the President of USA .

In case during the general election in USA next year Mr. Bush is replaced by other opposition party member ,entire issue of the Nuclear accord may be kept in abeyance or fresh round of discussion may be initiated there in USA on the intricacies of the accord because of inclination of some present elected representative towards the interests of Pakistan.

Since future of power generation and enhancement of Nuclear energy is linked to nuclear deal and it is appreciated by majority we must devote much of the available time in the Parliament to discuss on the complications of Nuclear Deal in preference to Sachar Report.

Why do the Congress Party avoid debate on such issue should be made clear by Mr. Abhishek Singhvi?

It is also true that Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) is also a long drawn process. It is however very much desirable that immediate discussion by all parties on the issue is made, in whatever forum which is the most suitable, convenient, and time saving for all political parties in general.

All parties should shed their individual reservations on the issue which are of national importance and specially which boost safety and security of the country. All parties should rather try to decide the issue unanimously so that the message which goes to International forum gives an impression of Indian unity in diversity.
